All images in this gallery are the exclusive property of Capture Life’s Adventures and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by viewing, purchasing, or downloading images from this gallery.

2. Permitted Use

Clients may download purchased or included images for personal use only, such as printing or sharing on personal social media accounts (credit appreciated: @capturelifesadventures). Images may not be used for commercial purposes, promotional content, resale, or publications without prior written consent.

3. Prohibited Actions

Users may not:

- Remove watermarks (if present).

- Crop, filter, or alter images in a way that misrepresents the Photographer’s work.

- Share gallery links or downloaded content with third parties for unauthorized use.

- Use images for AI training, NFTs, or image-generative tools.

4. Image Delivery & Access

Galleries are available for a limited time (typically 90 days from delivery date). Extensions may be requested at the Photographer’s discretion. Download PINs or private access links must be kept secure and shared only with authorized individuals.

5. Model & Event Use

Unless a written request is submitted at the time of booking or delivery, the Photographer reserves the right to use images from the gallery for portfolio, website, promotional, or editorial use.

6. Liability

While we take precautions to ensure access and delivery of your gallery, Capture Life’s Adventures is not liable for system outages, loss of access due to third-party hosting issues, or unauthorized downloads.

7. Modifications

The Photographer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the gallery after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
